A grounded session focused on realistic consistency, sustainable habits and building strength that supports the life you’re in. What we'll cover: 1. Realistic consistency Redefining what “showing up” actually looks like without all-or-nothing thinking. 2. The Non-Negotiable Framework Identifying the small, achievable habits you can rely on, even on your hardest days. 3. Understanding the basics of macronutrients + eating to nourish A simple, practical overview of protein, carbohydrates and fat, what they do, why they matter, and how to use them to support your body and progress. 4. What are you protecting this year? Reflecting on the habits, boundaries and practices that support your health, energy and strength and are worth defending. 5. Setting direction for 2026 Clarifying what you want to move toward this year, focusing on capacity, consistency and support rather than pressure on one outcome.
