Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond –
A Women’s Health Workshop

Date: Sun OCT 19
Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Location: BIA Women’s Strength Studio

🌸 About the Workshop

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are some of the most transformative times in a woman’s life — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Yet, many women enter this season without the tools, knowledge, or support they deserve.

This workshop has been designed to change that.

We’re bringing together three areas of expertise that rarely share the same room — a midwife, a women’s health physiotherapist, and a strength coach — to guide you through every stage of the journey:

  • Before Pregnancy: How to build a resilient body and mindset that supports conception and prepares you for the changes ahead.

  • During Pregnancy: Understanding the incredible changes happening to your body, how to adapt your movement safely, and how to protect your pelvic floor and core.

  • Labour & Birth: Evidence-based tools and positions to support labour, reduce risk of trauma, and feel more in control of your experience.

  • Postpartum Recovery: From wound healing to hormonal shifts, breastfeeding to movement, learn how to navigate recovery without pressure or confusion.

  • Long-Term Wellbeing: Rebuilding strength, supporting your pelvic floor, caring for your mental health, and feeling empowered in your body for years to come.

This is not just a “fitness” or “medical” seminar. It’s a comprehensive women’s health day course designed to give you practical strategies, compassionate guidance, and the confidence to approach this chapter of life with strength and support.

Whether you are considering pregnancy, currently pregnant, or navigating postpartum recovery, this workshop will meet you where you are.

✨ Why This Workshop is Different

Too often, women are left to navigate pregnancy and postpartum with piecemeal advice that doesn’t connect the dots.

This day brings together:

  • The medical insight of a midwife (what happens in the body and delivery room).

  • The clinical expertise of a physiotherapist (how to support recovery and protect pelvic health).

  • The practical, real-world guidance of a strength coach (how to train safely and feel strong before, during, and after pregnancy).

You’ll leave with not just knowledge, but tools and practices you can use immediately — no matter where you are in your journey.
