This program is designed for the woman with little to no experience exercising. 

It is a gentle introduction into movement that will help you to target your body evenly, reconnect you to your core and bring breath and movement back into synchronicity. 

 

The program includes your warm up routine and 2 workouts to be alternated between while following this program over the course of 6-12 weeks. 

 

Every exercise comes with a video reference link to use as guidance. 

 

This program is very suitable for any woman that is post partum and has clearance from their doctor to commence light movement.
